700 block of Samuel Street: Police responded at 3:04 p.m. Thursday to a report of a flower pot and flowers being taken from a porch.
600 block of Johnson Avenue: Police responded at 11:15 a.m. Thursday to a report of forced entry at a residence.
Thefts
Franklin library, 401 State St.: Police responded at 6:58 p.m. Thursday to a report of two bicycles stolen from the library’s bike rack.
1700 block of East Jefferson Street: Police responded at 3:04 p.m. Thursday to a report of a stolen wallet and cellphone.

Burglary

700 block of Sunset Boulevard: Police responded at 1:57 p.m. Thursday to a report of a burglarized mini-barn. Nothing appeared to be missing.
Thefts
Dick’s Sporting Goods, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 9:47 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
Macy’s, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 6:55 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft. A woman was arrested and received a summons to appear in court on a charge of criminal conversion.
Meijer, 150 Marlin Drive: Police responded at 5:34 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft. Two people received a summons to appear in court on a charge of criminal conversion.
Greenwood Park Mall, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 3:40 p.m. Thursday to a report of a stolen cellphone.
1200 block of Millstone Drive: Police responded at 3:32 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
700 block of West Stop 18 Road: Police responded at 10:53 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
Sam’s Club, 1101 Windhorst Way: Police responded at 10:39 a.m. Thursday to a report of employee theft. A man was issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of criminal conversion.
500 block of Downing Drive: Police responded at 8:15 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

Fraud

2300 block of East State Road 252: Police responded at 1 p.m. Thursday to a report of a scam in which someone posing as a debt consolidation company stole nearly $1,000 from the victim.
Residential entry
6500 block of West Division Road: Police responded at 6:47 p.m. Thursday to a report of a burglarized home. Blood pressure medicine and loose change were reported stolen.
Thefts
1200 block of Ivory Court: Police responded at 9:46 a.m. Thursday to a report of three pairs of sunglasses stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
5300 block of Culver Lane: Police responded at 9:39 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft of a laptop computer taken from a vehicle.
5400 block of Culver Lane: Police responded at 7:13 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft of a laptop computer and handbag taken from a vehicle.
Traffic offense
Fairview Road and Western Boulevard: Police pulled over a vehicle at 1:26 p.m. Thursday for the driver’s failing to use a turn signal and driving below the speed limit. The driver did not have a driver’s license. A police dog sensed an illegal substance, and drugs and paraphernalia were found. The driver was arrested.

Jesse Lee Conyer, 48, 5019 Richard St., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; held on $1,000 bond.
Joshua N. Beckham, 29, 3110 Richard St., Indianapolis; arrested on a
warrant for violation of probation; held on $3,000 bond.
Manuel D. Martinez, 52, 7424 Sherman Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $750 bond.
Anthony Eugene Owens, 29, 2124 Conrad Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of being a habitual traffic violator, possession of paraphernalia and illegal possession of a syringe; held on $3,000 bond.
Shawn M. Shaw, 24, 206 N. Franklin St., Edinburgh; arrested on charges of theft or receiving stolen property and forgery; held on $3,000 bond.
John I. Kimbler, 64, 6714 Churchman Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of bond forfeiture; held without bond.
Kristin Nicole Draper, 22, 5510 Milhouse Road, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; released on $1,000 bond.
Kevin Edward Kunz, 41, homeless, Bloomington; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $750 bond.
Edward Marshall Henderson, 46, 503 S. Pleasant St., Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle on a forfeited license; held on $6,000 bond.
Troy Donovon Burton, 37, 7390 W. State Road 252, Edinburgh; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.
The following person recently was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and booked into jail:
Joseph Michael Ryan, 21, 617 Ramblin Road, Greenwood; held on $1,000 bond.
